Iwatake Ski Resort and Happo-One Ski Resort are just a 5-minute drive away, allowing you to enjoy activities throughout the season.

The living and dining area features a blend of Japanese and Western aesthetics, allowing you to relax on both tatami mats and sofas.
Additionally, there is a wooden deck outside the bedroom where you can unwind while gazing at the night sky.
In Hakuba, there are plenty of enjoyable activities throughout the four seasons, so please come and visit. Make the most of each season in Hakuba to your heart's content.
The vicinity is surrounded by residential neighborhoods and peaceful nature, making it a great place for leisurely walks.

Twin Room
In the twin room, we have prepared two single beds.
By placing a sofa bed and two sets of futons in the living room, it can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Futons and sheets are stored in the closet of the twin room, so please feel free to use them.

Cooking utensils necessary for self-catering are provided, so you can enjoy private meals with friends or family.
We provide a refrigerator, IH stove, microwave, electric kettle, and a range of dishes and cooking utensils.
Why not relax amidst the nature of Hakuba Village, surrounded by mountains, while enjoying a BBQ? We provide complimentary rental of BBQ grills, tongs, tables, chairs, and more.
If you rent a car from Nagano or Matsumoto to arrive at Hakuba, it is very convenient to drive to various ski resorts from Cozy House Hakuba.

Early check-in may be possible depending on the reservation availability, so please inquire in advance.
Check-in will be done through self-check-in. We will provide instructions on the check-in process in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Within 4 days of confirming the formal reservation, full payment is required.
Cancellation Fees:
- After confirm the reservation up to 14days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Cancel after 13days before arrival: 100%
However, for reservations please make full payment within 48 hours of booking.
Payment by bank transfer only.
Housekeeping Information
We do not provide housekeeping during your stay. We have spare sheets, towels, and other amenities available for your use. Please feel free to use cleaning supplies and detergents as needed.
Prohibited Actions
◎ Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the facility. If smoking by guests or accompanying persons is discovered, and they continue to smoke indoors despite warnings to stop, they may be asked to leave, and no refund will be provided. In case of indoor smoking by guests or accompanying persons, an additional cleaning fee of at least 20,000 yen will be charged.
◎ Pets, including dogs, cats, and birds, are not allowed in the facility under any circumstances.
◎ Bringing in items that emit strong odors, fireworks, sharp objects, narcotics, or any other dangerous materials prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.
◎ To avoid disturbing nearby residents, fireworks and BBQs are prohibited after 9 PM. Please refrain from playing loud music indoors after 10 PM
◎ For safety reasons, exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is prohibited. Parties or gatherings with non-registered guests are also prohibited.
◎ The use of the facility is prohibited for guests who may pose a risk of engaging in activities that violate legal regulations, public order, or good morals.
◎ Guests who are clearly affected by infectious diseases will not be allowed to use the facility.
